Northern Frameworks Prefabricated Wall Panels are built the same exact way that a framer would build them on-site.  The only difference is we build them in a controlled environment that keeps the wall panels square, straight and true.

Our prefabricated wall panels are framed, sheathed, and labeled with a location code that corresponds with the blueprint.  Window RO's can also be labeled. We cut out the window and door openings.  The wall panels are then stacked into bunks then onto a trailer awaiting delivery to your jobsite.  We try to make the bunks of panels as sequential as possible.  We will let you know if some walls are out of order.  

Sheathing can include OSB with vapor barrier or Zip System (including Zip R-12).  

We will ship all the prefabricated wall panels to your job site for erection. A crane will be used to hoist the wall panels into position.  Two to three crew members are all that is needed to set the panels.  Each panel will be plumbed and braced in the same way that you would do if the walls were framed on-site. The big benefit with this approach is using the crane to avoid heavy lifting for the carpenters.
